Our installation project took shape in 2003 : combining vineyard farming and forest management, our activities are guided by respect for the environment, the heritage, animals ... and for our customers.

Grape varieties and terroirs
Nos premières vignes, anciennes, peu productives, plantées en gobelets, étaient menacées d’arrachage. Pour ces vieux cépages (Carignan, Cinsault, Aramon Grenache, Terret blanc), quelle triste fin ! Une première récolte, vinifiée en 2003, nous a convaincu du potentiel exceptionnel de ces ancêtres et de ces terroirs.

Living soil and biodiversity
Since then,we strive to preserve this heritage: no more herbicides, no more chemical fertilizers or synthetic pesticides, but a regular supply of compost (thanks to sheeps), permanent natural grassing.
Today the soils are alive again, and biodiversity has returned to the vines.

Harvest and vinification
L’élaboration de nos vins en cave n’est que la suite du travail effectué toute l’année à la vigne.
Chacune de nos cuvées exprime au mieux la personnalité de chaque cépage et de chaque parcelle (géologie, exposition) .
Des vendanges manuelles patientes et méticuleuses, une vinification naturelle sans intrants en cave assurent le respect de ces potentialités.
Après un élevage en cuve plus ou moins long selon les cépages et les millésimes, nos vins sont mis en bouteille par gravité sans collage ni filtration.
Until 2020, we managed our full outdoor herd of ewes.
The land reclaimed was enriched with new species of plants and animals and the soils of our vines benefited of the composted manure.
Since November 2020, we have been fortunate enough to pass on this breeding activity to a young shepherd in the process of settling, and to be able to make a dream come true: finally the ewes graze the vines in winter!
